FAQ's
Welcome to The Berkshire Clay Co.! We're delighted to answer your questions about our polymer clay jewellery. If you have any other enquiries, feel free to reach out to us.
What is Polymer Clay?
Polymer clay is a versatile material made from plastic-based compounds. It remains pliable until baked, which hardens it into a durable, lightweight material. Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality polymer clay, allowing for vibrant colors and intricate designs. We have spent alot of time researching to ensure we are using the best materials possible for your jewellery.
Will my earrings/jewellery be heavy?
No, our polymer clay jewellery is designed to be super lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear. Polymer clay is known for its low density, so you can enjoy stylish and eye-catching pieces without the burden of heavy accessories.
Is polymer clay flexible and durable?
Yes, polymer clay is both flexible and durable. While it maintains a degree of flexibility, it is also robust enough to withstand daily wear and tear. This means your jewellery can handle regular use without easily breaking or cracking.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order details. We will assess the situation and work with you to provide a replacement or refund. You can find more details in the Returns Policy tab at the bottom of the website.
