Hello and welcome! I’m Amy, the hands (and heart) behind The Berkshire Clay Co., where I create unique, handcrafted polymer clay jewellery. Based in beautiful Berkshire, I’m driven by the joy of transforming raw materials into wearable art.

In January 2024, I took a leap and left my leadership role in the Network Marketing industry. After years of mentoring several thousand incredible women to build businesses online using the power of social media, I found myself burnt out, stressed, and completely uninspired. After stepping away, a nasty chest infection landed me on bed rest, and as I scrolled through Instagram Reels, I stumbled upon the mesmerising world of polymer clay jewellery. I was instantly hooked!!

From that moment, I immersed myself in learning everything I could: researching the best quality materials, mastering techniques, and spending countless hours practicing.

On 27th July 2024, The Berkshire Clay Co. was born—a small-batch business fuelled by passion, creativity, and a love for handmade jewellery.

For me, the magic is in the whole journey. From dreaming up collections and sourcing the best cutters to seeing my designs come to life on my clay table, I love every part of the process. Working in small batches means I can pour my full attention, heart and soul into every detail, ensuring each piece is as special as the person who wears it. 

When I’m not busy crafting or attending markets to share my creations, you’ll find me spending time with my fiancé and family. I am a proud daughter, sister and an auntie to three beautiful children, who bring so much joy to my life.

I have a knack for keeping busy: for five years, I ran a successful charity family fun day in Reading, raising over £5,000 for causes close to my heart. I’m also big on mindset and love diving into a good personal development book—it’s my way of staying inspired and grounded.
