Shipping Information

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please note that this lead time may increase during busy periods or for custom-made pieces. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer the following shipping options via Royal Mail:

  • Tracked 24: £4.85 (Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days)
  • Tracked 48: £3.95 (Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days)

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can track your order at www.royalmail.com/track. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available on the Royal Mail website.

International Shipping: We are pleased to offer the following shipping options:

  • USA Mainland - International Standard or International Tracked starts from $16USD (Estimated delivery time: 6-7 working days)
  • Canada - International Standard or International Tracked starts from $26CAD (Estimated delivery time: 6-7 working days)

If you reside in a location we don't currently ship to, please email amy@theberkshireclayco.com to dicuss further. Due to GPSR Regulations, we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland or the EU.

Handling and Customs Fees: Handling fees, customs fees, sales tax etc. are the responsibility of the customer. The Berkshire Clay Co. is not responsible for these additional costs on International orders.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • Lost Items: If your order has not been received within 7 working days of the dispatch email, please contact us at amy@theberkshireclayco.com with your name and order number.
  • Damaged Items: For damaged items, please refer to our Returns Policy.
  • Missing Items: Any missing items must be reported to amy@theberkshireclayco.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the items you have received so we can identify which items are missing.
